It would of been better if we knew what document's were required from us. We would be told everything was in order, then we would receive a call or an email telling us that we need this or that. New American Funding would better serve their customers with a list of everything they would need in the beginning. Example home ins., is your credit frozen or not etc.

More communication. I had no idea that my client switched lenders, that he had to get a co-signer, or why the closing took so long that it cost my client $600 extra to hold the home from being sold to someone else.

More regular communication earlier on in the experience would have made the process faster, I believe. Everything was drawn out for several months. I'm not sure if that's usual, but it's the reason for my evaluation of 3. Mark was very friendly and personable and I have no complaints about our actual conversations. Just wish I would have been more informed about the process regularly.

Communication between other staff members. I felt (first time buying a home) wouldn’t have been chaotic the way it has happened. My husband and I sent numerous paperwork to office but certain staff didn’t get the “memo and ask for the same things over. Just a little unorganized.

My main issues was that I felt in the dark about a couple things. I don't know if that was from Alexandre or my processor Tiffany. No one bothered to let me know when they scheduled the closing with a notary....I found out when the notary called to confirm. I wasn't aware that I had options as far as how to get my money to me from the refinance. Had I known I would have had a letter from my bank for routing but I had ran out of checks and had no deposit slips at home to do that so had to wait for a check. We initially talked about me getting all the money and then paying my ex-husband after closing. Then I was told week of he would have to get his own check. I feel like this info should have been told to me much sooner as I'm sure they were aware. I just feel like in the end the communication could have been WAY better.
