Daniel provided a clear line of communication throughout the process, however I felt certain things that were missed in the beginning could have been handled in a different manner. Overall the impact was memorable, but not necessarily is a positive way. Daniel provided the level of service expected and I believe the issues were not 100% his responsibility.

It wasn't Shana herself but the entire experience while under contract. While house hunting Shana was very communicative. Calling numerous times to see if we found a house. Once we were under contract, and especially 3 days before closing when the processor screwed up, I had a hard time getting an answer

The last couple of weeks were super stressful and we felt like a lot of the promises to close this week and then the next week and then the week after just felt really unorganized and the support lacked. Grant had great communication and salesman skills but the team he works with is sub par with communication and the one person that should be most organized was the least organized. This same person spelled my name incorrectly multiple times and made a lot of errors which also made us extremely uneasy with the future of our house being in their hands. Overall, the pitch worked and we got a really great deal but it was at the expense of our peace of mind for many weeks.
