I was the listing agent and seems the appraisal was late, no clear to close was given until 1 day prior to closing and bad communiction with the closing company that the closing was delayed.

I wish our original loan agent Andrew Darwin would have gotten this commission instead. We chose NAF over two other lenders because of Andrew. Ben swooped in to claim this and only spoke to me once on the phone. He sent a very unprofessional email out that he tried to retract where he wanted this loan to get the commission but needed time to get his Arkansas license reinstated a couple days before closing.

Did not receive the agreed upon rate and had to reject the closing disclosure several times due to discrepancies and a couple thousand dollars worth of additional costs being tacked on without my consent or previous knowledge. Our transaction with NFM was an extremely stressful and frustrating experience and I definitely would not be able to recommend.

Communication!!! While Julian's demeanor was very pleasant and professional, follow up lacked. I'm not sure where the ball was dropped but as the seller's agent, the lender or his team should be communicating with me regardless where the ball was dropped. I had to call multiple times and then had to call when the first closing date was missed and then the second was missed and still did not get a clear understanding of exactly what caused the delay. If the buyer isn't turning in the necessary documents, it is the lender's job to communicate that to both real estate agents. If the paralegal is not getting the figures back or the requested information or titlework, the real estate agents need to know and the lender needs to make a phone call to the paralegal and then the real estate agents. This could have closed on time if everyone communicated efficiently and effectively.

Fire Mike Davis. As I told him, he is in sales. My experience was so poor, I will not work w/ him again. I will advise my seller to move on to another buyer if the buyer is working w/ him.
