Duncan lied through the entire onboarding process and once he got me to initially sign I barely heard from him again. I was passed around like a leaf in the wind by NAF associates who did not communicatewith eachother nor with me. This was the most stressful and lengthy processout of the 5 Helocs or mortgages I've experienced. The level of incompetence at NAF is truly astounding. Never once over months of dealings with this team did anyone ever pick up their phone, I wouldhave to repeatedly call and leave voicemails or have people paged to get aholdof them. Then the qorum copany they used to do the final stage is completely incompetent and messed up the final docs, even had incorrect figures, delaying my funds. I inturn lost multiple properties I had bid on due to the lack of preparedness of these 2 parties. It cost me more in the long run due to lossin deposits and NAF forcing me to get an appraisal, even know I was told in the beginning by Duncan that this Rapid deployment HELOC did not ever need appraisals. The communication could have been way better than. It was. Constantly telling us everything is good to go, but turning around and having to resubmit our loan 3 different times. To top that off, didnt tell us our loan was being submitted again for the 3rd time til 2 days prior to our original closing date. On the day of closing couldn't give me a direct time because our loan was still being submitted to the underwriter. The Mobil notary was 1hour late from said closing time. Then to top it off we signed closing papers but with the holiday we are still having to wait on keys and funding. Overall a straight s*** show.

At closing th docs were not there ! Three different times! Had to call corporate to have someone there get the docs to our closing attorney! Would NEVER recommend !

listen to people availability schedules and actually provide actual information when calculating considering that's your only job is to plug in numbers and tell the client the accurate info

Was approved for higher than i could afford but wasn't told until 2 days before closing was scheduled then had to add a co signer and scramble to get documents in closing was delayed 3 more weeks everyday there were new documents requested and new tasks to do received several calls at 9pm asking for documents asap would never recommend NAF to anyone ever worst experience buying a home it was more stress than excitement

1. Scott stop contacting me after signing the initial disclosure. 2. The closing disclosure had different rate that the initial disclosure. 3. Scott did not lock the rate in time which caused in delaying the closing. Scott did not reach out to inform me about this and I was informed by the seller that my closing is delyed. Both Scott and Sam did not answer any of my calls after that. 4 On the closing date, before the closing time I called Scott multiple times to know if we are ready but there was no answer. 5. During closing Scott was not reachable and I had to call the company and ask to inform his manager that we are trying to reach out to him but he did not answer. 6. Closing was supposed to be done in 40 minutes but took more that 2 hours because of bad communications with Scott
