While Lisa was amazing about providing us with information and making clear requests when she needed more information, Randy didn’t really do much once he quotes us a rate. It’s a great rate so I am happy about that but didn’t feel like he was pivotal to process. Also, I am a little annoyed that you all keep sending stuff addresses to John (my husband) when it is me who has the loan. I am the one with the full time job folks. No one at your company has even ever talked to John. Seriously sexist people.

Jodie Foster the loan processor really made this experience unprofessional and she caused my first home buying experience to be horrible. The day of closing she was asking for more money and documents we had resolved weeks and days before our closing. She was reading the documents sent or using the information attached in the emails to make the closing smooth. Jane and Matt did a good job of communicating to us and keep us in the loop.

Philip was great. However, when he went on vacation, the level of service my client received was completely unacceptable. For that reason, I would likely never recommend NAF to a client in the future.

I hope there's a way to keep the majority of my poor experience from ending up on Matt's review. Much of my frustration is due to a previous employee that is no longer at your company, Shannon Vaughn, and another that I hope has since left, Holly Johnson. Their inability to relay information or simply return an email and phone call nearly cost me my house after a very traumatic divorce proceeding. Through Matt's responsiveness and quick thinking I was able to satisfy the divorce decree and avoid being taken to court. Matt was always available and happy to communicate where things were in the refinancing process. Additionally, Wendi deserves a heaping pile of gratitude and praise for the same reasons. My eternal thanks to them both.
