Not having closings canceled at the last second multiple times in a row, then having to hurry up and drive home, change, and get to the location we closed at with an hours notice, with the title company and lender blaming each other, and a form that I had sent in August being lost on the day of one of the scheduled closings. Jeff was quite informative but when it came time to close the s*** hit the fan fast.

She was on vacation part of the time. At closing the name of one of the buyers was spelled incorrectly. We went in at 9.00 AM to close. and finished as 1.22 PM. due to getting the name corrected on the paperwork. little communication with Salma through the process.

A lot of the issue that came up were out of our control. The issue were related to my clients. The only things that could have made it better was more communication on the lending end. Thank you for getting us to closing

Time difference was a huge effect with communication, Also the processor and our loan officer didn't always have the same answer which made closing and what they needed very hard. Closing out of state was made very hard when traveling for closing had to be arranged and to make it there and worked missed to be told the day of closing was pushed. Overall the house buying process was stressful but they made it happen and eventually got it done. Thank you New American funding for a overall experience in our house buying journey.

After the process passed from Shane, there were some communication issues. I am not clear where/who had an action, but with this being very time sensitive, It severely impacted my experience.

I'm a first-time buyer, I have no idea what a good or a bad experience is for buying a house, so I kept the ratings in the middle. Although I am taking the very unusual and challenging buyer situation into account, and even though Beau was amazingly available at times, there were too many times I did not receive a callback and too many times when I found out about a problem from the buyer and not from the lender's team directly. Buyer needed regular guidance in the home-buying process, but that guidance and pushing of buyer to send required documentation and updates needed to come from the lender, not from me. Also, the first I saw (forwarded from buyer) any list of buyer items needed to close was on Sept 29, when original closing was on Oct 3. That is way too late in the process for the lender team to communicate that to a buyer.
