Zero follow up from him, I don't see how he is a Sr. Loan officer. He puts no effort in structuring, if you are not the ideal cookie cut loan applicant, you'll waist your time with him. Take you business to someone who will properly assess you loan and give you the necessary and returns your calls.

It would have been better had she communicated more/better. I was sending documents to 3 different people and apparently none of them were communicating with each other. She would ask for bank transactions print out and then a week or so later say they’re not stamped and signed by the bank when I wasn’t told to have them stamped and signed by the bank. The communication was just terrible. Thankfully she had a coworker who was out on a family emergency that was helping her get me to closing.

Lack of communication. During my refinance I was told at the last minute days before closing that a program they called me about 3 months ago in December ended and the initial rate we signed and agreed on 2.7 percent was not available anymore and would not be honored. They changed the rate to 3.3 the week of closing. I stayed professional but i wad pissed. I will take my business elsewhere the first chance i get. This was bad business!! Im highly disappointed with New American Funding!!!

My only negative interaction during my entire refi process was with Andrew. His tone was rude and very condescending. Completely unacceptable, unprofessional and if it wasn’t for Kevin saving the refi, Andrew alone would have been able to be blamed for burn the entire deal for me and having me switch to another lender who actually wanted my business.

She has poor communication skills. I always had to reach out to her first. There were corrections that needed to be made on the loan documents. She said it would be corrected and that she would send it once it was done. After that she never got back to me about the corrected loan documents. I had to reach out to someone else for it.
