Communication was horrible. Would not commit to anything even I had provided all information requested faster than required (just kept quoting arbitrary timelines). I almost lost the home because of this. Kept telling me he would give me updates on the process and never did, i had to keep asking what was going on. Kept promising he was trying to move the process along, but i don't think he did anything extra. I felt like every step of the process i was treated like i was lying.

She would respond to direct questions with "non-answers" and/or ignore them altogether. It would seem she is completely unprepared for what she needs to accomplish on any given day (requesting the same materials over & over again). Also, she doesn't take a proactive approach to situations, but rather a reactive approach forcing the client and their representatives (i.e. CPA's, CFA's) to put together the loan package for her & her team. We even had to manage the underwriter for her too.

False commitments on timing, terrible communication and zero accountability. Nothing is in Dianas control and you’re just so busy. This of course after I commit. Worse experience ever

Our original loan officer understood our needs, but after he left the company, we were assigned someone new who did not understand our financial goals or reason for refinancing. She made several decisions regarding the loan that did not work for us. Also, communication regarding issues, hold-ups and status was NONEXISTENT. The only time contact was EVER initiated was when WE reached out first. I would be happy to elaborate further, but I only have 500 characters with which to do so.

If I could’ve worked some one else, I would’ve been better because if it wasn’t for my realtor I really would’ve been screwed over. My realtor also said she will not recommend any more of her clients with them.

The unprofessional staff seemed to re read the documents necessary every 2 days, then ask for more. In some cases they asked for documents I had already sent. I suggest that you send your incompetent staff back to the Georgia Department of Motor Vehicles. Their talents would fit right in there. It is good for you, that your customer is handcuffed to you in the beginning, as if they weren't you would have none at the end

Pam Rios and Jeff Glick were the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with, had to call corporate on them numerous times, like pulling teeth. They lacked attention to detail, were weren't kept informed throughout the process. We almost bailed on several occasions. Our closing was delayed due to Pam Rios not acquiring the required docs on 2 different occasions. Totally incompetent, will never use NAF again, your company should be ashamed to employ such staff
