We were pleased with the support and progress of refinancing our home. As newer home owners, we felt a little lost with some of the communication and the timeline of the closure. We will be sure to ask more questions when working with our loan officer in the future.

Not sure who Gary Komar is. I was referred to Fred Carli at DK through my financial advisor John Kosik whom I have known for 30 years. John said he had this guy Fred Carli that took care of all his clients. I did not get the best rate, loan closed 3 times. My loan was a low LTV refi of a 15 year mortgage. If you guys were good to great I would say to you, customize your loans to meet your borrower.

This process was convenient and we like Fred a lot. It was also confusing at times and I didn't think the instructions from Fred's office were clear. There was some incorrect information and a little drama on the last day. Like Fred a lot but the process needs clarity.

The amount of documentation that you requested for a simple refinance was extreme. Even down to the final day when we closed, we found out last minute that we needed to pay our second half of our real estate taxes, which were due 3 weeks later. The whole process was much more difficult than it should be. This was the most difficult refinance that I have ever done.
