This was an odd situation, since my lender was from out of state and Mrs Shay was the intermediary. I am not upset or disapointed in the level of service, I think communicating through the process of what things were and why certain information was needed would have been nice. This might have more to do with the lender in Oklahoma though. Not sure where their part in this process started and NAF's ended. This may be more about them. I do appreciate all your help in helping us with this loan.

Communication could have been better. I would have appreciated a phone call before information was emailed over to me. When I would call to get information from Steve he was hard to get ahold of.
