I struggled with communicating with Mr. Hess. I reached out to him on several occasions and I was responded to by text messages primarily. If I had an issue I contacted his assistant, Brenda, who was more accessible for answers, and she was was a bit more personable during this process.

There were multiple times that I was told I had a choice but after I made a choice, John would tell me it was a bad choice for whatever reason and then push us down the other direction. It felt like I only had the illusion of choice when in reality John had already decided what is happening with my home loan. If I don't get a say in something, don't tell me I do and then force us down a path that you think is the better path when I say something different.

Delay to state process as Sharon on vacation. Our being on vacation too did not help with frequency in urgent documents to get signed. Steps to the finish line were not clear. Perhaps a an illustra of sequence of event. The concierge service was not helpful at all. The overall process felt disjointed. Thanks
