maybe it was asking too much, but I felt like I was quick to provide any information that was requested in the process, and Maybe I was eager to get the loan process progress, but the communication is where I feel there was a gap. I didnt know where we were in the process. i feel like I had to initiate communication to get a status. i I also requested to be called or texted when anything was needed of me for the simple fact that I didn't want the process to be held up because of me. ultimately, that is the only part I wish was improved, the communication. I think our case was a bit different becuase it wasn't just us buying a house, we were buying a family members house. i felt like most of the communication was through that family member and we heard most things second hand from her. we felt a big out of the loop

I felt this was just a numbered transaction. I provided what was needed, they put numbers in a computer. There was no advice on programs or grants to make improvements easier. There was nothing special about this transaction.
