Mi Review es en base a la interaccion y atencion recibida por Jose Plascencia. Esperaba mas para una persona "profesional" que se dedica a esto, no lo recomiendo por su informalidad, se le envio documentacion para analisis y nunca confirmo la recepcion, no correspondio llamadas que se le hicieron, no hubo ningun tipo de comunicacion formal ya sea verbal, escrita, electronica o por cualquier otro canal para hacer saber algo acerca del tramite ya sea denegado o aprobado, personas asi solo hacen perder el tiempo.

We've used them twice. An error on their part made the first closing be delayed over 3 months. This second time was even more of a hassle. We had to send the same paperwork 10x over, Emily Harris in underwriting is an absolute nightmare. We are definitely done using NAF

Very unprofessional and runs your credit without your permission. They started a bogus loan origination with property status TBD and a random number of $65,000. This was AFTER an email stating NOT to run credit. Six months of being strung along and $3500 of unrecoupable funds and no home. Closing was pushed over and over and their communication was extremely poor. The loan officer was so unprofessional she actually sent me an email making fun of the way our HUD consultant spoke! I do not recommend them and I will tell all my friends and family to run far and fast from this lender. They are ridiculously unprofessional. My new lender is so opposite and I see the professionalism that NAF failed to present time and time again. Beware of this company.

She could improve by returning the phone calls of potential clients and not ignoring them. By being honest when she says, I am going to call you back and then actually following through and calling you back. Regardless if I want to make a $50,000.00 purchase or a $300,000.00, valuing customers at any level and keeping your word is a part of great customer service and Mrs. White has not provided that although she came highly recommended.

I was a customer of Justin Brown's team for a home. Contrary to many other reviews, I had a terrible experience. Furthermore, after the home closed, I've been getting spammed with emails and snail mail from there. I've asked them multiple times to take me off their marketing list, but they have ignored me continuously.

Horrible experience from day one. Our loan officer quit in the midst of closing and we weren’t even told about it. Finally got told they were assigning someone new to us and she was terrible at responding. The appraiser who did an appraisal on the house we were buying docked things for the seller to fix and when closing day came around they told us we couldn’t close because they forgot to schedule a reappraisal. The guy who did the first appraisal was out of town so they had another guy come out and he said everything was fine so we closed. They told us our loan officer would be at the closing table and no one showed up. They then proceeded to send the first appraiser back out after we closed and he docked stuff wrong and they are now saying we have to get all the repairs done by the end of this week or we have to pay back our grant.

Unprofessional and poor customer service received from this company. Very dissapointing experience.
