To many processes involved. Shouldn't be that difficult to refinanc a home especially when we did everything a year ago. Got way to many folks involved. Take to long to complete

The process took way too long and the same information was requested more than one after it was provided. So far I see not means of paying monthly payments via an app or online.

Robert is knowledgeable but there were alot of pain points & clarification. But I did love that Robert didn't give up on me & called me to talk it out. I wish though assistants & loan officers were more updated. Alot of times I'd be talking to Robert to follow up & he didn't know what I was talking about. It threw me off.

More and better communication in the process. First time home buying process is a stressful and lack of communication doesn’t help the stress if one doesn’t know what’s going on.
