I believe that your choice of only 3 options is entirely unfair to your loan officer in this case. My experience overall with Karol was a positive and pleasant one. The process was difficult. The process was uncomfortable and painfully long. This made it difficult at times, as a first time buyer, to separate job from process. I feel lots of money tied to a highly emotional purchase made role confusion difficult for me. I feel that what would have made my experience shift from positive to superior would have been more phone conversation instead of text communication. This alleviates assumptions in tone of the message and personalized the capacity for trust in such an extended and difficult process for all parties involved.

I would have thoroughly enjoyed my experience if more communication was done through my preferred contact method: email. It is much easier for me to reply in a timely manner and quickly process what is needed when I receive an email about it.
