Baker was ok, his support staff were weak and uninformed most of the time. Baker extended a loan commitment due to the builder's failure to complete construction on time which was a benefit and much appreciated. If not for his support staff I would have rated Baker higher.

It was absolutely not Caleb’s fault, and I don’t want to blame him—he did a great job and gave his best. However, better communication and timely loan delivery are essential. The delay at my closing resulted in extra fees solely for me, while the seller received their payment and NAF was paid. Unfortunately, no one took responsibility for the delay, and poor communication was a major issue. Although the NAF team had 40 days, they still couldn’t deliver the loan on time. Overall, the NAF team should step forward and take responsibility for this delay and all associated costs.

The closing attorney was terrible , I felt rushed he was very rude towards myself and my daughter . I have not heard from Brooke or Susan since the closing. I feel the communication could have been much better.
