I can't remember how many times, my daughter called me asking for advice. Can't forget how many times doing resigning paperwork. Held off on closing 3 weeks later. I'm very disappointed in your actions on taking care of a lot of problems with paperwork, underwriting, and the bank, just to mention other issues.

There were numerous road blocks during the purchasing process of this home. Initially, the appraisal was postponed without my consent after the inspection negotiations took a few days. Then the appraisal was not rescheduled reasonably. Then they were still asking me for financial documents from me and my accountant on the last days before closing, in the middle of tax season. Fortunately, I was able to accomodate their requests, but overall seemed unprepared and disorganized.

There were charges that I asked to be removed and you reapply them without my consent. You did not modify the price of the house before the seller signature and I ended up loosing 1,500 dlls. And a disrespectful attitude from Art Aguilar when closing.
