He would not call you back and did not communicate very badly. I had to call and call to get in touch with him. The staff was NOT helpful either. Finally towards the end of the process it went well. After multi calls to try to reach someone.

We have worked with Indy for 2 decades - and we wanted to close our house with him. However, the experience was so miserable - that we will not be doing any more business with DKM. From poor communication ... to not locking rates in time ... to changing the loan amount at the last moment - I have been shocked at the way how Indy took care of business. Will not be returning to DKM for further business... very very very disappointed

Overcharged me for closing fees and interest rate. Gave wriong info on closing fees will be lower when time of closing came they overcharged me saying offer ended. No communication was given to me about any offer lasting for specific timeframe. Loan officer threatened me saying "you will loose the house" if you cancel from here. Had worst experience. the girl who was working on my mortgage application don't bother to give you a call even you request several times or send several emails. they dont bother to ckarify customer doubts.

All loan officers I spoke to, were very receiving, friendly. They had patience to explain, educate me as I am first time home buyer. Evn I got competitive, very slightly less rates/closing costs frm other lenders. But main reason I chose Indy/Draper And Kramer is becos my seller had financed this house from this corp earlier, this made it easy, quick to close as I was in a time crunch. I used to be very uncomfortable to ask any question to Indy. Other than communication he is v quick in closing.

I have initially stated that I m a first time buyer and need help understanding but I got none. Total time spent over phone is 30-40 minutes in total. That’s how much attention I got. On my way to signing the closing cost doubled. They/ law firm haven’t even discussed what came back in the property check. I believe you don’t really care since ultimately they auction your loan to someone else and they wash their hands… My recommendation is treat me like a customer; not an loan application.

We have been working with Indy and team for months and days before the closing there was absolutely no response to any of our emails/calls and we couldn’t close on time. There is no call or communication till today about the reasons for the delay and negligence. Extremely dissatisfied!

No communications from the loan officer. None of my phone calls, emails and text messages were returned.Very rude behavior. over promise and under deliver
