What would have made this better, Scott Ponick communicating with his client. Because of his incompetency and lack of communication & educating buyer... closing was delayed and then at the last minute of new closing date....buyer had not wired his funds to title company because he did not know how all of this worked...this is his lenders responsibility. I also found out from buyers agent when he confronted Scott...he proceeded to tell him he did not care about the F---king buyer?

This lender has absolutely no idea what he is doing. He advised us we pre qualified to buy a second home prior to selling our home. After the contract was made and we set closing, his underwriting department said we must sell our current home before purchasing the new home. This cost us quite a bit of money since we could not close and had to keep the sellers happy and get our new buyers in as quickly as possible. We had so much out of pocket and this was a very costly mistake. Buy elsewhere!

Communication PRIOR to the last week before close. The closing cost amount NOT changing 3 times a day. A loan officer that DIDN'T neglect to go over any guidelines for the loan and then try and dodge responsibility when there were problems. The list goes on and on.

Phil was very unprofessional. Information provided from him was always incorrect and would never admit any wrong doing. He made me feel deceived. I was very disappointed by his handling of my transaction. He needs better customer service training as well as product knowledge.

Truth in lending at the onset of our loan experience would have been so much appreciated! We would have put off our purchase for a year if we would have been properly informed of a co-sign for our son. Your company just wanted immediate business and we were pulled into a horrible trap! This is the first bad review I have ever left a company and I hope it’s my last! Much regrets, Jon and Patti

The communication at Draper and Kramer was always vague and round about—it was clear that the clients were not the primary interest. We had enough money to pay for our house in cash but Josh had us constantly adding new last minute documents to support the mortgage and not being clear as to why they were needed. There was always a threat of not getting a mortgage. We originally received a clear to close on a Thursday but due to the seller’s illness, the closing date was pushed to Monday. In the middle of our closing we received A TEXT from Josh saying that more documents were needed and we couldn’t close that day. Meanwhile, we were cleared to close three days prior. Our real estate agent and lawyer both said they’ve never seen this happen in their 30 year career. Draper and Kramer has been incredibly unprofessional and I’ll make sure any friends, families or acquaintances avoid your company.
