I never even talked to David Rangel. All I received was the standard 4-5 emails., this experience was a complete shit show. I would never recommend your company for anything other than a W-2 loan. I don't even think I would recommend it then. The lack of communication in the lack of communication.

Extremely unprofessional, the communication was absent/poor on her part . we were being asked to submit documentation that had already been submitted multiple times., a waste of your resources, time as well as our time. Unfortunately, I don't have one good thing to say about my experience.

Envoy was unresponsive to requests for information. They sent incorrect forms to the closing, which was declared invalid, necessitating a second one. By the time it was done properly, I had been forced to take three unpaid days off from work and been unable to collect a half a month's rent for the property I purchased, costing me hundreds of dollars in addition to the stress caused by what was either breathtaking incompetence or utter disregard for their client. If Jonathan would actually answer his phone. If my payoffs were actually correct. If I wasn’t told one thing and disclosures said something totally different. I would have loved to receive correct checks to my payoffs but nobody answered or made this timely to get corrected BUT Jonathan did say he would before the loan closed. WRONG! Now I’m left with useless checks that nobody in the company will fix.

My first loan officer Jennifer was great, she let me know what was going on, and what was expected. Brad did none of those thing. First off Brad did not tell me that he was taking over my case after Jennifer was fired. It took him until I was trying to put in a bid for him to reach out to me. Then Brad processed a rate lock without telling me and on the paperwork it said it was at my request. I had to reach out to Brad about that situation to get verbally what was going on. Also seller was supposed to deposit 5000 down per the contract. But no one told me that my type of loan I got, only lets a seller put 3% down. Brad never told me this. I never received a communication about it. I unfortunately didn't catch on to this until after underwriting was done. At that time Brad was out of the office during closing and was not able to answer all my questions; or my realtors questions. My realtor had to reach out to our loan processor Christine to get any answers about this. Christine was rude to my realtor, and it was too late. Because us finding this out after underwriting and right before closing. We were not able to make an addendum. Because my loan would have to go back into underwriting from what Christine said. I lost out on 1,850 dollars, due to Brads lack of communication.
