Actually do what you say your going to do. And when you tell someone a number that they are going to pay monthly, don't try and screw them over in the end. Be honest and don't try to blame your mistakes on other people, let alone the buyers. Buying a house is suppose to be a fun, exciting experience but this was by far the worst experience of my life. We called 2 days before closing to confirm with both Scott and Diana what our mortgage was going to be lang they confirmed the price they had been telling us the whole time but when it came down to closing day, the documents said it was $100 more a month than we were told and when we called Scott to confront him about it, he acted dumb and told us he never told us another number even tho he did multiple times as well as Diana. They told us we were making numbers up and trying to blame us befause they messed up and couldn't just be honest. The way we were treated and the way Scott talked to my wife was unacceptable and honestly no one should ever go through them bc people don't deserve that. In the end , actual communication about what is really going on, honesty and showing people just a little human decency Is what would have made it somewhat bareable

We were extremely optimistic when we began this process with Andrea and her team. We given a short timeline of two weeks with the promise of no issues, but that was far from the truth. We began in late April and closed mid June. We are extremely unhappy with the disorganization and errors that were made. Andrea told us our closing costs would be around $4000, but they ended up being $8000. We had to pay rate lock fees due to Andrea and Bonnie not gathering the correct information ahead of time. Andrea asked us to pay off a few debts in the beginning, which we did, and then wanted us to pay more at the end, due to micalculations on her end. in our closing documents, the wrong amounts are listed for the debts to be paid off. When we brought this up to Andrea, she said that's how she put them in the system and she didn't want to change it, even though they're inaccurate. Now we have to send checks and wait to be reimbursed because of the inaccurate balances. Bonnie would ask us every day for documents, lose them, and then ask us again. Near the end of her time working with us, she told us we were close, and then decided to take a two week vacation with no notice to us, and without sharing all of the documents she had collected with her team. We were promised multiple times that we would be closing and then we wouldn't. Andrea promised we would close before I left for a trip, and then we didn't. She blamed it on the title company, but once I spoke to them, they said it was her team. She then made it feel like it was my fault that we weren't able to close, and that we needed to get a notary outside of Colorado due to her disorganization, which we would be charged for. She assured us the weekend before I left that we would close , but ultimately we close after I got back because of the disorganization on her end. I feel as though we were misled and told in accurate information throughout this entire process. We had to text, call, and email multiple times to get any answers and repeatedly send documents that we had already sent. I would not recommend this company to anyone and it's even more upsetting that she came highly recommended to us.

Please take the time to review all the communication via phone calls (which were on a recorded line) and email communication from the start of the process in October 2024 to June 2025. I have had too much of my time wasted by these two individuals To give a summary of events but with a little investigation ot it will be very easy to see why my survey results are what they are. I'm happy that the process is finally finished and I have learned a hard lesson as to why it's important to use a local company in the future.

Effective and timely communication between all involved would have prevented most of the issues. The poor communication made for a very difficult and frustrating process and made the whole experience unpleasant. We had to worry about when the next bomb would be dropped on us, especially after the actions on the part of NAF delayed closing by 10 days. During this time, we weren't sure if we were going to be without a home. I felt like a number and didn't feel that NAF truely cared about us as people. With buying a new home being a big desicion, it would have been nice to feel that NAF was truley fighting for us and going the distance to make for a smoothe and painless experience. It is very unfortunate that it didn't turn out that way.

Ask him.... this entire process was a mess. He dis did not communicate with my attorney or me in a timely manner. I found out the day before I was supposed to close that i was not funded. We had to scramble for a week and I was without a home for 10 days. He did not seem to care or underatand that his lack of support and knowledge greatly impacted me. When I approached him with feedback he was defensive . I will not recommend you at all and plans to refinance with someone else asap.

I believe I got caught in the middle of Michael leaving and a new loan officer coming on. I did not hear from Chad and was never told Michale left. I just knew I quit receiving communicaation and had to reach out for answers several times. I did not know what final costs were until about an hour before signing. Also paperwork was not to the title company when it was supposed to be for closing. My time had to change multiple times.
