Communicate fully with clients -- you copy 13 people on some emails and 0 on others. If a team is large, someone needs to be point in order to ensure that all aspects are communicated clearly. Multiple portals should not mean that a client has to upload and send the documents multiple times because no one is able to access or understand the portals. A great deal of additional stress and work was placed on the client due to the lack of communcation between employees and systems.

No one was communicating with one another. Smart comments were made by professional people, and never should have been stated. This was a horrible experience. Promised things that weren't true, and no one was ever in the same page. Latoya was kind, but wasn't knowledgeable of her products the way a normal processor would be. Ms. Mack had a very smart and nasty mouth. Didn't know how to talk to someone who was using their money to do a business advance. Just an unpleasant experience, and this was not the kind of company I expected the experience to be from the way it was described in the beginning. I did hardly get any of the money I expected, everyday it became less , and less. I never should have gotten this loan because at the end of the day, what I set to achieve wasn't achieved, and had to get another loan to achieve it. This company totally a disappointment.

COMMUNICATION was terrible! No one was ever vailable for a phone call. The length of time that it took to close the deal on a refi was rediculous. The original pay offs that were requested from our creditors were in accurate due to the fact that the process ws extended. Therfore we had to contiue to pay the bills because NAF were drag assing. Then to charge me a $37k closing fee on a VA refi is just WRONG! NAF lied to me about buying down points and promissed if the rates go down then my rate would go down as well. NOT the case! The VA rates went down multiple times but mine did not. NAF increased my by "BUY Down" amount from $17k to $20K+ but my rate never dereased. No one was ever avilable to answer phone calls or questions! I could contiue but this is enough! Never let "BAD" business be your last busines with a customer!

Honestly, not working with NAF at all. In the future, I will never work with the company again and will warn anyone I know not to as well. Horrible communication. Sneaky , disingenuos, felt like they were all looking out for the interest of the company and not the customer. Jon Williams was horrible. Never responded to anything I asked. LIED on our loan estimate to get us to pay for a locked in interest rate we never asked for. And when I requested to speak with his manager NUMEROUS times I was told that he wasn't available.

The mortgage officer lied to us. He told us to sign documents and he said today is end of the week that's why interest rate is little high so mthat's why I am not locking the interest rate today so next week I will lock the rate. we signed for 6.5 interest rate and we agreed to lock the rate but he recommended that do not lock the rate today rathe next week monday when new week will start interest rate he will see and lock it. Later on he didn't foll up anything and he didn't lock the rate for us. And when we started asking he told us I was busy so couldn't able to lock the rate. Next week I will do that. Later on he gave us 6.99 rate when and he said now market is highe, I can't do lower than that but we signed the documents for 6.5 rate. We checked everywhere rate was still 6.5 yhat time but he lied to us because we need to close that deal and we didn't have time. He compl forgot to follw up . He was a complete liar and dishonest person. the total team I worked with was so bad. They they forced me to buy points and we did and we closed the deal.on the market of 6.5 he gave us 6.99 rate whick is not expected . and we didn't ask that guy to wait and not to lock the rate. That was his decision and he suggested us. Entire time after we signed the do market didn't change at all whick infor we got from other lenders but he made a trap.

Complete lack of transparency. False expectations were created. Communication was horrible. The loan processor seemed to be the only person who responded with any value. You can reference my email and chat string if it matters.
