I would highly recommend an Underwriter Pre-qual program Also, the 4 different folks Underwriter, Funder, Processor and Closer become familiar with the transaction from the start so as to reduce the time in processing for each of these steps that are employed by company policy. Thank you!

Loan information was not provided as to exactly what paperwork was needed. I think the pprocess would have gone a little quicker hed we known all the paperwork needed to begin with.
