The closing costs were much higher than I anticipated. I wasn’t informed that mortgage insurance would be added. I would really like to receive payoff statements on the loans and credit card that were paid off.

Josh worked quickly and got the best loan option for me. There were some communication errors along the way but I did enjoy working with members of the team such as Robin and Dan. Josh was good at communicating with me when it became class we to closing. Overall I had a good experience.

Have worked with Josh multiple times and we felt this transaction was not 100% ready on the day of closing. Several documents we requested to be signed after business hours and needed to be signed before the next business day as we were trying to move which added to the stress. Final numbers were not given to us until the day before closing, and they were not correct. We are not unhappy with the transaction, we just feel this case was not as professional as previous transactions.
