We had a scheduled closing time of 11am. We did not close until 6pm. We waited for documents to be finished, corrected and sent. There was plenty of time to have documents ready days ahead so we could review them. Instead it got late and rushed.

overall, everything was done accordingly. there were things that needed to be squared away and with that being said, Victor's workload became larger than it usually was (i am assuming). in all and all, he handled it professionally and came through and every turn, and that is what i appreciated from victor. even when we were getting anxious and started to ask a million questions, he answered them patiently and professionally. good guy, but, the ending was definitely stressful.

My company has an in house lender that I have to try and use before I can reach out to any outside lenders.

The website for uploading documents during the loan process was not helpful in keeping track of what was already uploaded or not. The alternative is sending documents via email, which is still quite scrambled. The process, while naturally stressful, seemed to feel very chaotic and hard to keep track of how close we were to submitting everything.
