Dallas made everything a nightmare by not communicating properly throughout the whole process. We had seven addendum’s pop up on the day we were supposed to close because nothing was put in properly. Roberto is the ONLY reason we were able to finally get into our house as my wife was recovering from her C-section surgery. We were hoping to be in the house before our daughters birth but because of Dallas it took longer than it needed to be and she made it 100% more stressful for us by screwing up every piece of information she gave us on the first day till management took over to correct all of her mistakes. Do not recommend this company to anyone.

I was unaware of the loan terms. The terms kept changing and I was not made aware of those changes till the day of closing. The loan officer seemed was not clear on the terms and set inappropriate expectations. The interest rate (origination fee%) also changed after it was locked. Luckily it was my smallest investment.

No communication, will not respond, has no clue what is going on. Took off work without finishing job on closing day. Worst experience I’ve ever had. I have a lot more complaints but don’t have time to address them

Worst experience, very unprofessional, false estimates, false promises, very bad at communicating. Was not able to provide 15 minutes of time-over three weeks times to discuss the mortgage numbers. Was put in a spot towards end of closing and had to take what ever was offered. Day before the closing we were told about all the logistics why we are not offered a ARM’s. I will never do my mortgage with Draper & Kramer ever again

He would not call you back and did not communicate very badly. I had to call and call to get in touch with him. The staff was NOT helpful either. Finally towards the end of the process it went well. After multi calls to try to reach someone.

We have worked with Indy for 2 decades - and we wanted to close our house with him. However, the experience was so miserable - that we will not be doing any more business with DKM. From poor communication ... to not locking rates in time ... to changing the loan amount at the last moment - I have been shocked at the way how Indy took care of business. Will not be returning to DKM for further business... very very very disappointed
