I think the overall communication was not that great there was long periods of time with no updates and uncertainty and during closing there was a lack of communication between myself, the finance department and the person doing the closing the closing paperwork was not done on time I was asked to extend it for an hour and I did but it took 2 1/2 hour for the paperwork to get done wish I had another appointment I had to attend to no one communicated that process the closing did get done.

Matt made it happen, but early on in the process some important details were missed. Matt owned the misses and made this right for us, which saved us money in the long run.
