There was horrible communication between the agent we were dealing with and ourselves. We would call her several times and email several times and wouldn't get a response until a few days later. We were constantly told a closing date and then once that date arrived we wouldn't hear from her even though we put forth the efforts to call and email. They were constantly asking for things that they should have already received when we started the refinance. I was very unhappy with the service.

Patrick did us a HUGE favor. He provided loan estimates I used, to get better rates. Other lenders were happy to beat Kevin’s rate: of 3.5 and , w/o points With a month + left on clock, Kevin canceled rate lock without any prior communication, all due to appraisal delays. He then informed me; he couldn’t get new rate lock before 30 days. Following week, Property appraised $35,000 more than expected. Cash out was $15,000 more than expected. Loan was closed in 36 days . Got a VA refinance. Nothing went as promised. charged me for a rate extension that was only needed because they were not giving my account any attention. Signed 3 or 4 closing disclosers. took 80 days

I basically had to help my client with this transaction as they had difficulties as well. Communication was terrible in my opinion and had I not known how a transaction works, it could have been worse.

When I first spoke to Rob, he seemed knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. The moment I told him that I had eliminated the other lender that I had been considering, everything change, and my entire experience became a complete nightmare. Suddenly, Rob never answered the phone, never had any answers for me, and immediately stopped checking in on how things were going. Once he got our business and knew we were locked in, he stopped caring. I have plenty more to add, but am limited characters.
