A lady fror New American Funding made an appointment to discus the interes rate for three times and m Caicede never called me, did no keep his word. The day of the closing came and he did not called me, so I had to accept a high interes rate.It seems to me there is no armony among people working there. This is the 4th time I have had a mortgage. Mr. Chapman could not stop being condescending and aggressive towards me. I will never use this company again.

Unfortunately, my buyers had already begun the loan process with Albin when they came to me for a new home. Albin failed to respond to text messages and telephone calls. We had to do two extensions to get the loan closed. The buyers were then surprised by the amount they needed to bring to closing by an extra $3,500!!! I would not suggest working with this loan officer.
