Hi, The end result was good, but it took several months (almost 4) to complete. Not sure what's the average for this kind of processes, it is my first one, it felt like a lot, might be my particular situation.

The whole thing felt very impersonal. We never met in person neither her or the other lady that texted me. For most of the deal, I was the one who kept in touch, since they had all my private information and I really didn't know who I was dealing with. The visit to the notary became a two trip deal for me because she forgot one signature and then blamed it on me. I distracted her. Two separate trips for my son since I was never told he and his wife needed to be there the first time.
