Communication between lender and other parties could have been better. There were times I had to give information that was already given to the lender, but not communicated. Julie was great and always replied to any question I had. I do think the time difference between where I live and the lender did play some part in some issues too. (did not get needed details until 2 hours before closing) very stressful! Again, not Julie's fault. She was awesome and really worked hard!

After our initial 2 wk glitch where Sean dropped the ball he was great. Always working hard for me, soliciting collaboration when needed, trying to find the best deal for my needs, & explaining finances in an easy way I can understand. Thanks to Sean R.!!

Delaram, when you got involved, it was helpful. Overall, we have had a rough time with the last 3 transactions. We constantly had to ask where the files were at in the pipeline. I feel that if we had not asked, they would not have gotten to the title company on time.

For the majority of the process, everything went quickly and with electronic signatures it was easy. We ran into some issues that we weren’t expecting and it caused some delays in our refinance.

It was good being new to the home buying and refinancing it wasn't the greatest I think in the future when I been here in my home for awhile I'll have a better understanding on how things work, but Eric did take good care of me so I can say Thank You Eric Jensen.
