You need one more selection on the last questions. There was a huge problem on the bank wire for my clients. This caused so much trouble on the closing. Bart said it was the lawyers office responsibility and the lawyers office said they gave him the wiring instructions and assumed that he would give them to the buyers when he went over the closing disclosure. I have never had this bad of a mess for wiring money. Everything else went smooth...until the end.

She was able to walk me through the process step by step answering all my questions. My only complaint was that I wasn't kept in the loop on the delays and was hearing from my realtor instead of the mortgage company.
