Promissed a partial refund for being mislead into an untrue intrest rate. Had to put addional 20k down and got a much higher rate costing me an addional 40k. Lies lies

First being upfront with customers not feed us b******* always onto of beings asked for things that made no sense and to send escrow to cut checks with no account #s having now us as customers ti relay this info,so all this info to loan team was a waste of time horrible
