I appreciated that he actually got back with me when I inquired about refinancing my home. I appreciate the fact that he was expedient with the application process. I appreciate that he walked me through the process and explained everything. There was one misunderstanding. When Anthony said he would reevaluate if my appraisal was higher than the 62,000 which it was. But this was a learning experience.

I did not appreciate the delays and the constant need for more paper work. I have been in this business for forty (40) years and expected quick service I was not a happy camper especially when i saw the fees charged Over 6000 to you and 13900 for veterans service fee which i am sure is a miscalculation J barone

due to the short time period to address the completion of the loan I feel a in person meet or a more thorough review of options for negotiation of PMI, first time home buyer perks or loan rates or possible modifications of rates with 15 or 25 year mortgages

After speaking with Damon once, I was transferred to another person who was extremely pleasant to deal with. However I was told my closing would be scheduled for the Sat July 3. I happen to be on a staycation that week however my closing did not take place until the following Sunday. My vacation was horrible because I was not able to make plans because every day I thought my closing would be the "next day". Was told it was because of Underwriting. Was frustrating and not very impressive.
