My interactions with Mr. Anderson were informative and friendly. He was able to provide the information I needed with clear directions. I felt we established a decent rapport, especially with the content of the call. Factual data was an annoyance. They called during business hours when I was working. These calls would last from twenty to forty-five minutes. My biggest gripe was the first scheduled closing. I was told the attorney canceled and I would need to reschedule in an email 50 min prior

It's been ok experience. They did not keep good communication. It's so hard to get hold of her. The loan processor Inga was worse. She is very unprofessional and bad communicator.
