Overall I always felt he had my best interests and wanted to help me the best he could. I believe it is more on the company having poor communication causing major delays in getting answers to questions that I had. Rick was always a pleasure to speak with though. Always upbeat and seems to enjoy what he does.

Gloria was fantastic, I feel like the majority of the issues we experienced that were negative were sue to the processing aspect of this loan- 11th hour notices are not something I strive for when dealing with my clients.

Have accurate information on final contract interest rate should have been 4.085 which was verbally agreed on but on the final contract it was never changed it was still 4.125. Only reason II signed and not canceled the contract was my wife was crying and upset because I wanted to walk away. I also believe that once the loan closed any upgrades that was ordered and put in the contract the vendors that were contracted to do the job should be notified by the lender to approve the project.

I was happy with my service overall, it just sometimes seemed like there was a lack of communication on all parts, but that wasn’t just Chris’ fault, it was pretty much all parties involved, including my own agent.

Al was great and it was really smooth. The only thing is, needed a little more communication on the loan. It went from Conventional to FHA and I had no idea. Things like that could be a potential deal breaker for a seller. My buyer was a first time buyer so he had no idea of any implications. Other than that it was great and very smooth.
