My interaction with Ken was pleasant most times. It was hard to reach him at times. I know I was in the peak of everyone buying homes so I do not fault him for that. My experience overall was stressful to be honest. I am a 26 year old single mom attending school online full time pursuing my masters degree and working a full time job soldier. It was very much overwhelming. I felt out of the loop a lot. I closed on my home the end of April with a VA loan. Ken talked me through my frustrations.

time it took to process everything was too long, maybe hire more people to help customers with the process time and also if your person processing is out (due to illness or whatever)there should be a backup person to pick up your paperwork.

The experience was ok, but a little inconvenient for people like me who are not equipped with the technology to do effortless transactions via the internet and smart phone. All things considered, I am satisfied with how things went.
