Melanie needs to work on her people skills! She talked down to me as her client, very RUDE on multiple occasions!!! I guess my $75,000 home purchase was beneath her! 20 years ago I had new build of $350,000.00 I put my pants on the same way as I did back then! She was very unprofessional and I would NEVER RECOMMEND HER TO ANYONE! If this is who represents your company she needs retrained on her people skills and how she treats and talks to her clients that SHE IS WORKING FOR!!!! VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!!!

Getting the TILA to us with plenty’s of time to refuse to proceed! We were blindsided at closing by ridiculous and probably illegal charges which my loan officer should have caught. What would make this horrific experience better? Pay my mortgage off. Once I have completed my research you will possibly be paying more in lawsuits!

Really don’t understand how a mortgage company could be so incompetent. My wife received a call a month after closing saying there was a glitch in the system and our mortgage payment is increasing!? We’ve spent months getting tortured by your loan processor Jaenine, who treated us like some kinda of Russian spies and now after the papers have been signed there was a glitch and the numbers are not what we were told!? You’re dealing with peoples lives here. I know that probably doesn’t mean much to you but it’s catastrophic when something bad happens.

Cons: Terrible communication, unclear with options and processes. Asking for the same information repeatedly. Multiple emails about the same things. Just overall really frustrating and confusing.
