I was told I could have a loan on my own and could buy a $200+ house on my own. 6 weeks later I had to add my husband to get the loan! Very cruel way of doing business. Said I was preapproved! Really! I could say so much more but will not.

They were not able to be clear about anything . all was chaos , they lost the documents, they have not idea what documents do we have to submit or what information those documents needed. They took way more than expected because of their mess they seem completely newbies on this

Be more professional and respectful. This was worst experience imaginable. Be honest and transparent. Improve timelines and expectations.

Here is a summary of the issues that happened: - On November 11th Bob Harmon was included in an email that contained the signed POA as an attachment. So it is not true that you did not have the signed POA beforehand. This was missed by him completely. ?? - Bob stopped taking my calls and sent them straight to voicemail. My wife was able to get a hold of him because she had only called him once before the 18th, so he did not recognize the number. - Rob was not reachable via phone either and did not respond to my request to call. ?? - My wife left a voice message for both Bob and Rob to call back. - Both Bob and Rob stopped responding to emails. I sent them the letter from my wife and they never acknowledged that they received it. - Rob said later he stepped out to take his pet to the vet: not exactly what I want to hear in such a stressful situation. ?? - I had to rebook my flight because the title company told me that Rob has said I will have to sign more documents. My original flight was scheduled for 5:30am so I would have been able to make it back for work. I had to rebook for $107 and take a day off. This is a major inconvenience. I was wondering if you would be willing to reimburse the additional costs to me? ?? - My wife told Bob about the POA when he called her about the social security number a few weeks back. You may check the phone recording. He told her we could either do the POA or have the closing documents mailed to a notary near us and then mail them back for the signing but that was more expensive so we should just do the POA. - The POA was charged to me as the buyer was part of the closing disclosures and the charge was even requested to be added by title as you can see below. Javier Pena should have realized as well that there was a POA: ?? - Title sent the POA to Rob on the 7th: if it was not the signed version he should follow up and not falsely assume this is not a thing any more. - This statement from Rob is a lie given the other points: ?? - Bob told me I shouldn't worry: the funds will either be paid on the 18th or the day after. This hurts my reputation as a buyer if that happens and is not acceptable. - I gave Bob a second chance after he was rude during our second call, when I told him that I wanted to compare lenders rates. He told me it's not ok to move away from NAF after I got a pre-approval from him. I told him everyone can have a bad day. I'm willing to give him a second chance. But now this happened again. I don't give third chances. I do not wish to work with him moving forward. I would like to be contacted by another loan officer about servicing my loan/future refinancing.
