Be more professional dont be rude provide us with information when information is needed keep paperwork in line so that i don't have to provide same things over and over and over again replace Sonya and Wendy, they were very unprofessional workers Sonia could claim down and stop raising their voice at their clients Wendy could keep track of work and provide the correct information

She would not explain why there were several requests up to the day before the closing date. I have now owned my house for 2 weeks and still do not have any answers to my questions that were prior to the closing date. A message was left for her boss, when asked for my file to be checked for examining my file to find out what was going on. Her boss never bothered to respond. Therefore communication was lacking.

The agent was unprofessional, incompetent, inconsistent, inconsiderate and did not communicate well. She only offered problems and no solutions. It appeared she was trying to sabotage our process and cover her tracks. From the beginning she pessimistic and unpleasant. Then we had to keep sending information several times. She also failed to follow through in a timely manner. I would not recommend her to my worst enemy and I hope this is not how New American Funding conducts business or I will be

Many calls unanswered and attention to detail weak. Needs to know products better. The saving grace was his manager Devin, I feel like Devin walked this loan through. Thanks Devin your exactly what I would expect a manager to be.

Lack of communicaton, so much needed last minute that i asked if it was needed days before. Between the two they were NEVER on the same page I was always told different from each. Towards the end we were going to back out due to communication and organization.
