I would say it seemed to start off well but what was ultimately disappointed when she refused to lock our rate in for almost 2 months. Then we continued to receive excuses why she wouldnt call us back. Promise after promise and she dragged us along for several months and then decided to take another vacation. Most unprofessional experience we have encountered. Even her mamager said he was too busy to answer our questions since he had several other agents to manager. Be cautious!

Meeting a scheduled closing date. Better communication between staff and client. Taking ownership of loan even when it was initiated by a former employee. Putting more attention to detail instead of blaming incompetence on staff. Overall, an unpleasant experience.

Lack of information from the lender or Sean. Poor communication!!! Didn't even speak to Sean once through out the process and he is the senior Loan Processor. Even My Realtor and Title company also said that it was such weird process. I will definitely never ever recommend anyone or nor shall I will ever come back as a client. This is thee worst customer service I ever got. I just happy that I am finally done and don't have to deal with it anymore.

Rey Cornejo run my credit without my authorization on the first phone conversation and tried to refinance my mortgage loan when I only wanted a HELOC. Rey Cornejo lacks professional ethics when working with Hispanics. He lies and will send you messages after hours from his personal iPhone. I STRONGLY NOT RECOMMEND WORKING WITH MR. CORNEJO. You've been warned!

I hate leaving bad reviews. But Diana lied to us continually (about when paperwork was submitted &closing dates) n shifted blame to her assistant instead of taking responsibility. She was combative towards us n the agent n title co. I am not sure if she had no idea of what she was doing or if she just completely bungled our loan, but if we didn't feel trapped (restarting the process with another mortgage company would have meant 45+ until closing), we would have fired her in an instant.

The only reason I did my loan with New American Funding was because of Scott Ingram. He sold me on your company. I originally made contact with your company and decided that your company was not right for me. Scott called me back and sold me I never spoke to Chris on the phone. He sent me an email with his picture. I understand that Chris had the relationship with my builder thus the reason why he had to be the agent on record. As a customer this left me uncertain throughout this loan process.
