Jarrod was wonderful and very attentive. Once my file was moved from him to Marcus Phung is when everything went downhill. Multiple other people had to get involved and I still hardly heard from Marcus. I would not recommend New American Funding to anyone based off how poorly my file was handed after it left Jarrod. Typing this is like beating a dead horse but just know I will be moving my mortgage once we sell this house and build. Once again, Jarrod was the ONLY reason I stayed and finished this refinance. He was wonderful.

I believe your office contracts with the FHA appraising company that contracted with Tucson Appraiser Casey O'Brian. Casey was so very bad, time after time not explaining in any detail (I truly begged him for details!) precisely where additional painting needed to be done. And in fact he was so vague he had to go back to the subject property 3 or four times before he finally did properly identify in detail the areas that needed attention. Causing several delays with the closing with Opendoor. And causing unnecessary anxiety that the transaction might be cancelled after inspection money was spent by the buyer..
