I would have liked to have a local agent I could meet and talk to in person. I had tried to contact Andy Jenson out of Roseau, MN but after numerous calls and no voicemail set up I figured he wasn't worth my time. He almost caused me to find a whole different lending company. Overall though Toni was really good, there was a bit of miscommunication but some of that was also on my end and just a misunderstanding on my part of how the whole process worked.

I would not say it wasn't memorable. Overall the experience was ok and just got a little frustrated towards the end with surprise fees. Again thank you because without your help and of course God I would not be an homeowner. Thanks again.
