Proposals for the loan seemed to go up every time we got a new disclosure as we got closer to closing. Now after closing we are having to get an appraisal done. we were initially told that we would not need one.

Nothing against Amir (I didn't respond to previous requests because I knew I could not give a "Best" rating). I don't believe I was offered the best rate, but I was fed up with dozens of calls to refinance. I will never again use the internet to obtain refinancing information.
