At first it was great, and communication with Stephen was really fast. Stephen did a nice job of explaining the whole process to me as a first time home buyer. They offered me a very clear break down of the different costs involved, and offered a good rate as well. However, towards the end of my process, especially working with his associate Samantha K, I kept getting phonecalls in the middle of my sleeping time, asking for random bits of information that I had already given over and over. It was frustrating since I had already given all my job information to be asked to answer that kind of stuff, and not pleasant being woken up from sleeping when I have to work. Then, when it came to closing day, they did not inform me of my exact closing costs due until literally 2 hours before my appointment at the title company. I had been told that I would get all that information 24 hours before closing at least... as a result I couldn't wire the money due to such short notice, and had to visit a bank to get a cashier's check instead. Even my lawyer was emailing them to try to figure out why no one was answering. Thankfully all turned out well, but it was some unneeded stress due to poor communication!

Matt was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I just wish there would have been better communication from his team. Whenever I reached out to Matt directly he was always willing to explain things to me and put my mind at ease. Lori was awesome to deal with but Jennie not so much. She was professional but didn’t offer that personal touch that a first time home buyer needs. She didn’t do anything wrong and I’m certain she was proficient, however the experience my brother had with your company was so different than mine because they provided a little more outreach and a personal touch.
