The whole Experience with the appraisal company hired by New American Funding was absolutely terrible!!! After repeated calls the floor plan they show was never corrected!!!

It was a long drawn out loan process from the very beginning. I spent 10's of hours of my own time, looking up documentation, scanning it, emailing it, only to be told that New American needed it again and again. One IVES report, I sent 4 separate times, through NO fault of my own. When telling my daughter-in-law my experience last weekend, she said what I had to do on my own was ridiculous, she would have done for me, via her mortgage company. Things were going quite well with Zane in the beginning but once it was passed on to a lady in Michigan things started to go downhill. Then she was replaced with Heather Mathews. Once Heather stepped in, she made sure things moved quickly. Heather's customer service is top notch and she explained things in a way that my wife and I could easily understand. She was always available, even after hours, and was always quick to respond to inquiries whether by email or by phone. And the fact that she answered her phone every time I called, makes her a cut above in my book. So please improve the continuity of support between your company and the customer. It needs to be more seamless, and there needs to be better communication between your people and the customer. Feel free to call me if further clarification is required. Thank you...Kelly
