Salma was lovely but she wasn’t there for the most important part of the process, signing the loan documents so someone else had to do it and he messed up the original paperwork and I feel like that delayed my appraisal. He was not responsive. I just think it would’ve been better if Salma was there the whole time to help me. She seemed very knowledgeable

My buyer was not very happy… I am not sure really why, but targets seemed to keep changing, And the buyer was frustrated that they were always asking for something new… Kimberly was very sweet and very kind… I just think the process was confusing to the buyer!
