This whole refinancing process was supposed to take less than three weeks the most and it took two months and I ended up in worse financial duress than I was when I first started. I did not get the amount of cash that I needed at the table I did receive a little over $1100 but I was looking more for about $3000 because I have a daughter getting married in one graduating and I needed the cash in the bank. However I did get some bills paid off. My mortgage payment is a bit high.

I am so glad he was able to overcome any issues my client may have had with financing. I just felt very out of the loop on status throughout the transaction.

Naomi was great but your company has some issues!! My clients (buyers/borrowers) had the worst experience with your underwriters that you can imagine!!! The my clients were homeless and in limbo for two week after the closing date because your underwriters kept coming up with one ridiculous request after another. I am a Real Estate agent and this is by far the worst lending experience any of my clients have ever had!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This was not Naomi's fault she was great. This is your companies fault!!!
