Updates were given enough to the sellers agent instead of me. I guess this happened because he was their preferred lender No biggie...the deal was closed with no hiccups and that's what matters.

Some better communication when needing paperwork for offers as well as the points that were on the loan when the last communication was that they wouldn't be. Overall pretty good but communication was lacking sometimes.
