I recognize a lot goes into this process and I'm grateful for the end result. The only issue for me was the request to send items that were previously sent. Often we wouldn't hear anything and had to keep reaching out to the staff for updates. We were repeatedly told we were in the final stages only to get additional request for information, this made the process a bit of an annoyance. Overall I would refer friends and relatives to use the service. I would only suggest the communication between all parties be improved. Thanks again!!
