Many left messages on phone and email left unanswered. Took longer than expected. Even after appraisal and the house came it at the exact numbers used on loan it got delayed to go back for review. Was told checks to pay other creditors would be sent to them but was then sent to me. I had never done a home loan before at 55 things were either said or emailed. It was hit or miss if I got my questions answered

We had to send a lot of the same document's multiple times. I don't think this was any fault of the Loan officer, but we had our loan people changed throughout the process and the files were not transferred when that happened. We had to re send most of them. I feel as if there could be better communication between loan officer and the underwriters. As we had to give way more reasoning and elaboration of the move than we felt needed. But overall it got the job done and that's what matters.
