Elvin went above and beyond and assisted me through the whole process. I never interacted with his boss Ron Sequeira. As for Elvin I rate him a 7 stars out of 5.

Overall the process took longer than I was told. When there was something needed from my HOA I should have been notified immediately what was needed because I ended up having to reach out to HOA for the items as they shared they couldn’t send directly to the lender. There was always a sense of urgency with items and phone calls during the day. I work a full time job and can’t take calls whenever my phone rings. Janet and Robert did follow up with me via email which was best method of contact. It wasn’t a great or horrible experience overall, just took a while longer than I expected. It all worked out in the end so I got what I needed.

Despite feeling I needed to pull information out of Ms Thomas bit by bit by bit, she got the job done and it went pretty smoothly. Nick had a lot of info for me, and made himself available for my questions. I felt supported amd confident. Thank you.

The experience was not bad, this was a very quick process and we are very thankful for the assistance received from Patricia, where I have an issue is with information changing about the closing and information requested more than once after it had already been submitted, the thing that really bothered me was that I was told that a couple of loans were going to be paid off at or right after closing as part of the cash to close amount and I was never told that I was going to get checks for me to mail to the lender, then the notary that was hired to take care of the signing had a very bad attitude and she had to come back 2 times after we had already finished the signing of the documents, she did not explained the documentation that was signed, I had to ask what it was, and I wasn’t told that in order to get the wire transfer for the funds of the proceeds of the sale of my home my wife had to sign so I ended up going to the escrow company twice, then when I went there the second time I asked about the deed docs and I was told that I would get them by email, then I get a call after I had to inquire about my money that I could pick up the docs and the checks to pay off my loans so that’s a third trip to the escrow company and all this happened because I had to call to inquire about my money and the pay off of the loans, but We are thankful for Patricia’s assistance on getting our loan, is just the miscommunication the reason I don’t rate 5 stars.

Was a lack of communication towards the end. Seemed like there was paperwork and info that wasnt shared across the board to all involved. Just when I thought we had everything done there was new info needed or more requested that coukd have been handled sooner in the process.

Communication was spotty at first and she was hard to get a hold of. I would have liked weekly updates. The closer we got to closing the more communicative she became. She really came through at the end though.
