We had several breakdowns in communications, misunderstanding from both sides. Jennifer and her team were very personable but we were not able to process the loan accurately, we couldn't title the home in trusts, the final loan statement I got was different than the one the title company had (we had to pay additional at closing). I believe that she listened but did not hear what we were asking.

I like Brad on a personal level, but I felt his customer service was lacking at times. I often had to be the one to reach out and pull information out of him. As a first time home buyer, it's very possible I needed more "hand holding" than most. Still, it would have been nice to have clear explanations throughout the process...more of a road map on what to expect.

Eric seems nice enough but I was repeatedly asked for documents that had been sent already. That is a bit disturbing that stuff is falling through the cracks when you're putting your life savings into a purchase. I was even told that they were waiting on a bank statement at close that never had been requested. Neither a bad nor good experience mor than getting the house which should have been able to do with most any bank.
